About the Food
Inspired by what the region's farmers are producing each day, the global cuisine found in our ever-changing tasting menu is updated with each spark of Chef's imagination and every change of season.
Tasting Menu Only
We offer a 10-course tasting menu that includes five of our most sought-after dishes. We source ingredients locally and serve them at the height of their expression. We prize the opportunity for our team to cook on the fly, which is why we are unable to publish our tasting menu in advance.
Where We Source Our Ingredients
We focus on using what’s in season, at its peak, and available from trusted purveyors. While most ingredients we include in our dishes are sourced locally, mangoes from Belize in June are the best and there is no better scallop that the one from Nantucket in November.
Substitutions
We are happy to accommodate allergies such as nuts or shellfish and common food restrictions such as pescatarian, vegetarian and often times gluten free. The complexities of our cuisine and wide range of ingredients make some substitutions easier than others and cannot accommodate full vegan or dairy free menus. Please indicate your food sensitivities at the time you book and we will contact you by phone to discuss them in advance of your arrival.
Award-Winning Wine List
Our Chef, who is also our Sommelier, personally selects a unique wine pairing to complement each dish on the tasting menu, offering an unparalleled dining experience. If you prefer, we will help you select wine from our award-winning list. Available by the glass and bottle, we are sure to have the perfect wine to accompany your meal. We also have a wine club you may want to join.
Other Beverage Options
We offer a wide range of beverages in addition to our wine pairing and bottle selections. Think delicious house-made cocktails using unusual and premium spirts and ingredients. Enjoy one of our select beers or lambics. Not consuming alcohol? Consider our very special pairing of house made non-alcoholic drinks. End the evening with a delicious digestif, espresso, or tea.
Chef's Counter Hours
Two seatings nightly, at 5:00 PM and 8:15 PM.
Dining Room Hours
Staggered seatings beginning at 5:45 PM with the last seating at 8:00 PM.
Reservations
We accept reservations online only. We release new reservation dates and times every 60 days. This ensures that everyone who wants to dine with us has an equal opportunity to do so. It also allows guests to opt-in to be waitlisted.
Cancellation Policy
Guests pre-pay when making dinner reservations. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You may always contact us to transfer your reservation to another person.
